Tokmail is a closed email service operated from our own infrastructure within the European Union. We do not accept public registrations. New mailboxes are issued only after individual review by our onboarding team.
There is no free tier, no mobile app, and no marketing programme. If you arrived here without a referral, this service is most likely not intended for you.
How it works

Submit a request
Provide your legal name, existing email, and a written statement of purpose. Anonymous applications are not reviewed.

Identity & purpose review
Average review time is between 5 and 14 calendar days. We decline most applications. You will not be contacted unless your application proceeds.
03
Onboarding call & key handover
Approved applicants receive a 30-minute onboarding call. PGP keys, hardware token enrolment, and account binding are completed in-session.
