The only valid contact address is apply@tokmail.eu. We do not operate a support chat, phone line, or social media presence. Enquiries received through other channels are discarded without review.

Operator

Tokmail is operated as a private undertaking within the European Union. Operator details are provided in writing during onboarding and are not published publicly.

Terms of service

By submitting an application, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and verifiable.
• The setup fee, once invoiced, is non-refundable regardless of subsequent service decisions.
• We may terminate any mailbox at our discretion, with 30 days written notice, refunding the unused portion of the subscription pro rata.
• We do not provide service availability guarantees beyond commercially reasonable best effort.
• Disputes are governed by the law of the operator's jurisdiction, disclosed in the onboarding documentation.

Privacy

• Application form data is stored only until the application is decided, then deleted within 30 days.
• Mailbox metadata (sender, recipient, subject, timestamps) is retained for 14 days for operational purposes, then deleted.
• Mailbox contents are stored only for the duration of active service. On account termination, contents are securely erased within 7 days.
• We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
• We do not share data with third parties except where compelled by valid legal order, in which case the warrant canary on /security will be removed.
